PVC-U Pipeline System for Drainage
The drainage pipes manufactured by Xinyuan are in compliance with GB/T5836.1-2006, fittings in compliance with GB/T5836.2-2006, which are intended to use for waste discharge pipe-work for conveyance waste water, ventilation pipe-work associated and rainwater pipe-work within the building structures. It normally uses Solvent cement welds for jointing.
PVC-U Double Wall Corrugated Pipes

PVC-U Pipes and Fittings for Water Supply

Non Quality Water Effected: PVC-U is non-toxic, non-corrosive and does not allow any bacterial growth. It meets with all international standards for safety and health for both products and applications for which it is used.
High Electric Resistance: PVC-U is non-conduct electricity and electrolytic action. It is therefore an excellent material to use for electrical applications and laying telephone cables.

PE Pipes and Fittings for Water Supply
Xinyuan have adopted many advanced techniques to the production of PE pipe for water supply. Raw materials of Xinyuan are tested that pipe made of such material is suitable to be used for drinking water. In addition, Xinyuan PE pipe for water supply does not have heavy metals such as mercury, lead during production. It is clean and friendly to environment. The PE pipes and fittings are in compliance with GB/T13663-2000 and GB/T13663.2-2005 respectively. Under the normal working pressure, the lifespan reaches to 50 years.

HDPE Double Wall Corrugated Pipe System
HDPE Double Wall Corrugated Pipe is a new and lightweight pipe. It consists of high-density polyethylene. It is easily constructed ,lightweight, resistant to high pressure, has good flexibility, long lifespan and low costs. The HDPE Double Wall Corrugated Pipes manufactured by Xinyuan are in compliance with GB/T19472.1-2004.The nominal inner diameter ranges from 200mm to 800mm.

Steel Reinforced HDPE Spiral Corrugated Pipes
Buried steel reinforced polyethylene (PE) spiral corrugated pipe for sewage is spirally twined, extruded and compounded into a unity in the production lines, taking polyethylene as the outer basic material and corrugate steel band as the main structural support. It combines the excellent advantages of high rigidity and strength of steel pipes and anticorrosion, anti-abrasion and flexibility of plastic pipes together. Hot melt welding, heat-shrinkable tubes (tapes) and electrofusion tapes are adopted to connect the pipelines. They can meet different requirements of various projects and working conditions, and realize reliable sealing and convenient installation. The nominal inner diameter ranges from 800mm to 1600mm.
